GIVEAWAY DESCRIPTION
The Taste Salud Festival Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) begins on March 4, 2025, at 12:00 PM Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on March 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM PT (the “Giveaway Period”).

Entry in the Giveaway does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest, or sweepstakes. By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Taste Salud LLC, 1020 6th Street, Unit E, Santa Monica, CA, 90403, USA (“Sponsor”), which shall be final and binding in all respects.

ELIGIBILITY
Only U.S. residents legally residing in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Puerto Rico and U.S. territories and possessions, who are thirteen (13) years of age or older are eligible to enter. Eligible entrants under the age of majority in their state of primary residence (a "minor") must have parental or legal guardian consent to participate in the Giveaway. Employees, officers, and directors of Taste Salud LLC, Target, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, and influencers (collectively, the "Giveaway Entities") and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are ineligible to enter or win. Giveaway is void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and possessions and where prohibited by law.

HOW TO ENTER

1. Ways to Enter:

   • Email Opt-In: Enter your information on the form below.

   • Text Us: Text “FESTIVAL” to 951-71.

   • Bonus: Follow us on social media @tastesalud to earn extra points.

2. Entries are based on points: Participants will earn points for completing each of the above actions. The more points you accumulate, the better your chances of winning. Taste Salud will review entrants with the most points and select the winner. Please note that the highest number of points does not guarantee a win. If cheating or fraud is suspected, the entrant will be disqualified.

3. Cheating and Disqualification:
   Any form of automated entry, including macros, scripts, or bots, will be disqualified. Entries that contain inappropriate, indecent, or illegal content will be disqualified at the sole discretion of Taste Salud. Late, incomplete, or inaccurate entries will also be disqualified.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
On or about March 31, 2025, one (1) potential winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The winner will be notified via text message, phone, and/or email. If the potential winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours, or if the prize notification is undeliverable, the potential winner will forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

PRIZE

• Grand Prize (1):

  • Two (2) VIP Festival Tickets for Weekend 1 (April 11-13, 2025) in Indio, California.

  • All-expenses-paid trip including flights and hotel accommodations for two.

  • Two (2) invites to Taste Salud’s Festival Fiesta on April 11, 2025.

  • $1,000 spending cash.

  • Free one-year supply of Salud!

  • Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $10,000.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs associated with prize acceptance and use are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner may not substitute, assign, or transfer the prize except as determined by Taste Salud in its sole discretion.

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Taste Salud and its affiliates the right to use their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Taste Salud reserves the right to modify or cancel the Giveaway if it is technically impaired or corrupted. Sponsor is not responsible for any entry errors or interruptions.

GOVERNING LAW
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
