GIVEAWAY DESCRIPTION

The Taste Salud Mexico National Team Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) begins on May 4, 2026 at 9:00 AM Pacific Time and ends on May 24, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the “Giveaway Period”).

This Giveaway celebrates Taste Salud as the official hydration sponsor of the Mexico National Team in the United States.

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Taste Salud Inc, Taste Salud, Inc.

1223 Wilshire Blvd Unit 3102 Santa Monica, CA 90403which are final and binding.

ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Puerto Rico and U.S. territories, who are thirteen years of age or older at the time of entry.

Entrants under the age of majority must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Employees, officers, and directors of Taste Salud, Inc. and its affiliates, partners, agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

Void where prohibited by law.

HOW TO ENTER

Entries may be structured as a points based system. Completing more actions increases your chances of winning, but does not guarantee selection.

No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

CHEATING AND DISQUALIFICATION

Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage, including bots, scripts, or automated entries, will result in disqualification.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of fraud or rule violations.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The winner will be announced on May 25, 2026 and contacted via email, phone, and or SMS.

If the selected winner does not respond within seventy two hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

PRIZE

Grand Prize (1 Winner):

• Two tickets to the Mexico National Team match on May 30, 2026
 • Round trip flights for two
 • Hotel accommodations
 • $1,000 spending cash
 • One year supply of Taste Salud

Approximate Retail Value: $3,000 or more depending on travel costs.

Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except at Sponsor’s discretion.

TRAVEL CONDITIONS

Travel must take place in connection with the May 30, 2026 match.

The winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary.

Sponsor is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes outside of its control.

PUBLICITY RELEASE

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Taste Salud, the SUM Entities and FMF have the right to use their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if necessary.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

All taxes and additional expenses are the responsibility of the winner.

GOVERNING LAW

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of California.

NO LIABILITY:  By participating, Entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the “Major League Soccer, L.L.C. (“MLS”), Soccer United Marketing, LLC (“SUM”), Pro Soccer Development, LP (“MLSNP”), Player Development, LLC (“PDEV”) and together with MLS, SUM, and MLSNP, collectively, the “SUM Entities”), Federación Mexicana de Fútbol Asociación (FMF), and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers and advertising and promotion agencies, from and against any claims made by the prize winner, Entrants, or any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of this Giveaway as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Giveaway-related activity or participation in this Giveaway. 

The SUM Entities and FMF are not sponsors or administrators of this Giveaway and are in no way responsible or liable for the administration of this Sweepstakes”
